General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for events
preliminary remark
The general terms and conditions apply to the provision of the personnel and material "MENatWORKX UG" and their vehicles for the implementation of events as well as all other related services and deliveries.
Contractual partners are the organizer, client. If the orderer is not the organizer or client, the orderer or client can demand an advance payment of a reasonable amount. When the order is placed, this amounts to 50% of the expected order value, according to the offer, and is to be paid in cash or by bank transfer.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for events

Preliminary remark: The general terms and conditions apply to the provision of personnel, material and vehicles from MENatWORKX UG for the implementation of events as well as to all other related services and deliveries. The contractual partner is the organizer or client. If the customer is not the organizer or client, a reasonable advance payment of 50% of the expected order value may be required based on the offer and is to be paid in cash or by bank transfer.

The General Conditions apply as follows:

If an offer is sent on our website, a fee of €5.00 incl. 19% VAT may be charged. If applicable, this fee for the offer will be deducted from the order confirmation/invoice.
The reservation of rooms and areas as well as the agreement of other deliveries and services become binding for both parties through the confirmation of MENatWORKX UG. The provision of rooms and areas is rent-free for MENatWORKX UG.
Insofar as statutory value-added tax is incurred, it is not included in the prices for food and drinks. An increase in VAT after the conclusion of the contract is at the expense of the client. If the period between the conclusion of the contract and the event exceeds 15 days, MENatWORKX UG reserves the right to make price changes.
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices or credit notes from MENatWORKX UG must be paid within 5 working days of the invoice date without deduction. If a reminder is required, €10.00 per reminder will be charged, since we are too small a company and cannot wait long here. Invoices are sent by email. Since MENatWORKX UG is a member of Creditreform, if the payment deadlines are not met, their services will be used without reminders.
The organizer must inform MENatWORKX UG of the final number of participants in the event no later than 2 days before the date of the event in order to ensure careful preparation. Deviations in the number of participants below the number reported as final will be taken into account up to a maximum of 1% and will form the basis of the settlement; Deviations beyond this cannot be taken into account and are at the expense of the organizer. If the number of participants is higher, billing will be based on the actual number of participants. Exceedings of up to a maximum of 1% do not require prior consultation with MENatWORKX UG; further exceedances must be coordinated with MENatWORKX UG beforehand.
If an event or catering cannot be carried out without MENatWORKX UG being responsible, MENatWORKX UG reserves the right to demand compensation. The amount of compensation depends on when the event was canceled and what additional services, in particular catering, were planned. The amount of the compensation and the remuneration results from the order confirmation of the Coffee Bike according to clause 1 as well as the appendix of the general conditions. As a rule, compensation of 50% of the order value (no show fee) is due if the cancellation is made up to 3 days in advance.
MENatWORKX UG reserves the right to charge the organizer for personnel and material costs if the organizer is responsible for short-term delays in agreed start times or agreed end times and the restaurant incurs unforeseeable costs as a result.
The organizer is liable for loss or damage caused by its employees, other auxiliary staff, event participants and its guests, as well as for loss or damage caused by itself. The organizer is responsible for taking out the appropriate insurance for this. The client guarantees that the decorative material in particular meets the fire safety requirements. In case of doubt, MENatWORKX UG can request the submission of a confirmation from the responsible fire protection. MENatWORKX UG is only liable for the loss or damage of items brought along if it is at fault.
In principle, the organizer may not bring any food or drinks to the events. In special cases, a written agreement can be made. In these cases, a service fee or corkage fee of €10.00 per bottle will be charged.
The organizer is responsible for the obligation to register music performances according to GEMA.
If MENatWORKX UG has reason to believe that the event could endanger the smooth running of business, the security or the reputation of the company, or in the event of force majeure, it can cancel the event.
In order to create an offer, we need all the relevant data from the organizer (name, address, telephone number) as well as information about the event location and contact person. If this data is not provided, no offer can be made.
The place of performance and place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company.
Should a provision of the general terms and conditions be ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions. Deviating agreements or ancillary agreements must be made in writing. Cancellation fees of MENatWORKX UG correspond to Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions.
